Chiropractic Treatment
Chiropractic is a hands-on treatment that helps reduce pain and improve movement by addressing problems in the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Treatment may include soft tissue massage, joint adjusting, exercises, posture correction, and ergonomic advice. We provide longer appointments that are tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Conditions treated include: stress and tension in the neck and shoulders, headache, whiplash, pinched nerve, back pain, hip and knee pain, upper and lower extremity pain, sciatica, muscle strain, and more.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique to treat myofascial pain and muscle tension. It involves the insertion of ultra-thin, sterile needles into specific trigger points within muscles. This process aims to release tight knots, improve blood flow, relieve pain and promote healing in the affected areas.
Patients often report immediate relief from pain, a sense of deep relaxation and improved range of motion following treatment.
Dry needling is an optional inclusion in chiropractic appointments.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on technique applied primarily to the head (cranium) to create deep relaxation and restore balance. It can be used to treat a wide range of conditions, including head injury, whiplash, headaches, learning difficulties, cognitive disorders, neck pain, face pain, stress, anxiety, and jaw joint (TMJ) disorder. It has a beneficial action on the gut via the vagus nerve.
Craniosacral treatment is often used as a complementary therapy to support overall health and well-being.
Homeopathic Treatment
Homeopathy is a system of natural medicine that enhances the self-healing capacity of the body. Substances that can cause health symptoms when taken at full strength are used to treat similar symptoms when taken in homeopathic (diluted) form. eg: homeopathic coffee is used to treat insomnia.
Homeopathic medicines act by triggering a response in the body to relieve symptoms naturally, allowing the body's own processes to resolve problems and restore homeostasis (healthy balance).
Homeopathy does not treat diseases, but rather it treats the person, enhancing vitality and immunity to boost the body's ability to heal itself.
Bioenergetic Testing
Bioenergetic testing is a wholistic approach to assessing the energetic balance of an individual. It is based on the concept that imbalances or disruptions in the body's energy can contribute to various health conditions.
The scan provides insights into overall health by identifying imbalances, sensitivities and stressors, as well as matching the best nutritional, homeopathic, herbal, and other remedies to restore balance.

Dr Susan Jameson, Chiropractor
Dr Susan Jameson is an AHPRA-registered chiropractor who graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College in California in 1985. She is also a homeopath and previously qualified as an osteopath (UK) and registered nurse (NZ).
In addition to chiropractic, Dr Susan is a natural health practitioner. She uses bioenergetic testing to assess imbalances, and recommends nutritional, homeopathic and herbal medicines to promote health and wellness.
Over the years, Dr Susan has developed a relaxing, restorative style of chiropractic treatment, with longer appointment times. She is committed to providing high-quality, personalised care.

Follow-up chiropractic and craniosacral treatment lasts approx 30 minutes.
